From our very first phone call and initial meeting, I knew that we were in the right hands. Dalvinder is a straight talking, professional and extremely knowledgeable immigration lawyer. He successfully applied for our partner visa, following our marriage in November 2021 and it was granted in record time, after just severn days. His communication with us was second to none.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ***Edited*** Have been dealing with Dalvinder for a few months now as me and my partner who is Albanian were looking to get married and go through the legitimate process due to my partners immigration status which Dalvinder helped us with. Despite a few issues with the home office and with thanks to Dalvinder, we were able to get married in the UK and voluntarily leave to input an out of country application which we are now currently in the process of. With Dalvinders knowledge and skillset I have no doubt that there will be any issues with my husbands spouse visa application. Would 1000% recommend!

Following on from my above review - Dalvinder submitted my husbands visa application around the beginning of December 2023 and we chose to opt for the fast track, we ended up receiving a decision in approximately 5 weeks. We have had the great news this week that his visa has now been approved which we can't thank Dalvinder enough for! Would defiantly recommend RP Singh Solicitors to anyone that is looking for an immigration solicitor. Fee's are also more than reasonable for the amount of work that's done!
