The firms two directors, Mr Dalvinder Singh Pardesi and Mr Rajinder Singh Rathore, both born and raised in Hampshire, are proud to have been providing legal services to local clients and businesses across the southern counties, however their ever-growing quality reputation during their years of practice has welcomed instructions from clients from all over the UK and from every corner of the world.
Rajinder studied Law LLB and graduated from the University of Southampton in 2004. He started practicing Immigration law in 2005 and has since handled cases in every aspect of Immigration practice including Asylum, Human Rights, EEA, Entry Clearance, Leave to Remain, Appeals and Judicial Reviews. Rajinder’s work has been complemented by Immigration judges for his thoroughness and the exemplary presentation of his appeals. Clients have also appreciated Rajinder’s clear, concise and sincere approach to their matter and the support he provides every step of the way. Rajinder is fluent in Punjabi and speaks conversational Hindi.
Away from the office, Rajinder has been involved in many local community projects and charitable events in which he dedicates his time on a voluntary basis. He is a firm believer in selfless service and is a focal point in the local community. Generally, he enjoys cooking, photography and making electronic music and is an avid Gooner.
Contact RajinderDalvinder completed his LLB undergraduate degree at Southampton Solent University in 2008 and studied his Legal Practice Course with the University of the West of England in 2011. He was admitted as a solicitor in November 2014.
As well as being an experienced Immigration solicitor, Dalvinder also has a background in Criminal law and is Police Station and Magistrates Court accredited. Dalvinder specialises in deportation and immigration removal and is often instructed on an urgent basis to deal with clients who are being unlawfully removed from the UK. He has recently acted for clients who have been affected by the Windrush Scandal. Dalvinder is renowned to be passionate about his work and the clients he represents and has achieved excellent results in complex cases.
Outside of the office, Dalvinder dedicates his time voluntarily to coaching a local under 11’s football team in Hampshire, after being forced to retire as a professional footballer due to injury, having played for Southampton FC Academy and Youth and AFC Bournemouth.
