Right to rent update

In March 2019, the Government’s right to rent scheme was declared incompatible with the Human Rights Act 1998 and that extending the scheme from England to rest of UK would be irrational and unlawful, yet the Home Office continue to apply this discriminatory policy.

The Government’s appeal is currently been heard in the Court of Appeal this week and therefore we should have an update for you in the coming days.
