Indian, Middle East and Africa decision update – 2020

Migrants’ rights campaigners are to bring the first case of its kind in British history in an attempt to turn off what they claim is a decision-making algorithm that creates a “hostile environment” for people applying for visas”.

This is very good news, as it has been abundantly clear over the last 10 years that applications made by those applicants from the Indian subcontinent, Middle East and Africa tend to be heavily scrutinised and refused more often than not.
